Application Process - Corporate Guest Home

 

This page discusses the steps for application to stay at the Rose Ridge Corporate / Professional Guest Home

 


Step 1  - Avialability

 

Please check availability first!  Make sure the home is available for the time period that you need.  Call or email us with any questions!

 

Step 2 - Application

Interested applicants should download and complete the application.  The application is in MS Word format (.doc) and can be submitted  electronically via email to email@harmonyestates.net.

 

A $25 application fee is required to process the application and must be included with the application in order to be considered.  Instructions for submitting the application fee can be found on our Payments page.

 

Step 3    Conditional Approval

Qualified applicants will be notified Conditional Approval, pending receipt of Guest Fees for the initial period.  Guests are given an opportunity to verify their desire to occupy the property with verified funds. We cannot reserve the home and remove availability without receipt of funds. 

Step 4    Submitall of Guest Fees

Final approval will be provided based on receipt of Guest Fees for the initial period of stay.  Submittal of Guest Fees can be made in a variety of ways, as described on our PAYMENTS page.   


Step 5    Check-in and Security Deposit


Guests meet with the Property Manager at the pre-arranged check-in for orientation, Security Desposit, and signing of the Guest Agreement. Guests will receive keys, access codes, and garage remote.  An informative  walk-through will provide details on the home.
